The Owner of the processing of personal data collected from you to allow access to the software available on the website, as well as the data collected during the use of the software itself, is
ROLLING CENTER SPA (hereafter simply \"ROLLING CENTER\"), located in Via Monte Bianco, 12, 31040 - Falzè di Trevignano (TV). Rolling Center, pursuant to and by effect of art. 13 of EU Regulation 679/2016, wishes to inform you of the following.
Purpose and methods of processing
The personal data you directly provide will be used in order to allow you to use the software available on the Rolling Center website, for sending commercial communications regarding commercial initiatives and news on products and services offered by Rolling Center, and to allow you to be contacted by third party companies to receive commercial proposals related to Rolling Center products.
For the pursuit of the aforementioned purposes, the company collects your personal data in archives, both paper and computer, and processes them in ways strictly necessary for the purposes indicated and, in any case, in order to ensure the security and confidentiality of data conferred.
Rolling Center collects your personal data and processes them either directly, as Data Controller, or by availing the work of other subjects who will act as managers pursuant to art. 28 of EU Reg. 679/2016, or as persons authorized to process.
Data communication
For the aforementioned purposes, Rolling Center may transmit, with your consent, some of the data you provide to third-party companies, which - depending on your country of residence - will process the data:
- in its own right, as independent Data Controllers, for sending commercial communications relating to Rolling Center products; or
- on behalf of Rolling Center, as Data Processors appointed by Rolling Center, in order to contact you to propose the commercial and promotional initiatives offered by Rolling Center.
The Company will periodically verify that the third parties in charge of the processing perform their respective duties and that they comply with the measures to protect personal information.

Optional provision of data and legal basis of processing
The processing of data communicated as part of the use of the information system, requires the express consent of the user being a necessary treatment to provide the services requested by the user.
The transmission of personal information for the purposes indicated in the preceding paragraph is optional. However, failure to provide such information could prevent the use or proper functioning of the IT system and services related to it.
Duration of treatment
The data you have provided for informational purposes requested by you or for sending commercial communications will be used for a period of 24 months.
Rights of the interested party
At any time you can contact Rolling Center to find out the updated list of data processors, as well as to have full clarity about the transactions we have reported to you and to exercise your rights to access, correct, update or, if you are interested, integration of data, cancellation, limitation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the rules, as well as the right to oppose processing, data portability and withdrawal of consent pursuant to articles 13 to 22 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679.
We also inform you that pursuant to art. 77 of the aforementioned EU Regulation, if it considers that the treatment that concerns it violates the aforementioned Regulation, has the right to propose a complaint to a competent supervisory authority. This authority, as regards the Italian territory, is the Guarantor for the protection of personal data.
